What time can I check-in?
Our official check-in time starts at 15:00, but you can always pass by the reception to see if you room is ready and if an earlier check-in is possible.
Can I determine my own check-in time?
While we aren’t able to offer fully customizable check-in times, we’re happy to accommodate as best we can within our standard check-in window. Let us know your preferred arrival time, and we’ll do our best to make it work!
What time do I have to check out?
Our standard check-out time is 12.00 pm. If you need a bit of extra time, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to help if availability allows!
Can I store my luggage after I check out?
Of course you can store your luggage with us, free of charge.
Do you provide parking space?
Yes, we provide parking space for our staying guests free of charge.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the hotel
What if I want to arrange something special, can you help me?
Of course we can. We love special requests. Just drop us an email with your request. Whatever you can come up with we will do our best to make it happen!
Do you provide wifi access?
Yes, we provide WiFi access in the lobby and all the rooms, completely free of charge
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel and there is even a fine if you do that inside the hotel building.
Can I pay in cash?
For your and our safety, The Hague Teleport Hotel is cashless. So please don’t forget your debit and / or credit card!
